If you experience a genuine technical issue that prevents you from using the service, please contact our team within 3 days of your payment. In such cases, we’ll review the issue and, if appropriate, offer a partial or full refund at our discretion.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, after which no further charges will occur.
